The annual 3 day tribal festival “Paraab” is held every year from around the 16th November and is worth enjoyable with tribal dances crafts and special events.
It is a tribal area with scores of different tribes inhabiting the Greater Koraput District from the very primitive Bondas at Onekadeli to the Dongria Kondh at Chatikona. In the weekly markets one can enjoy and interact with these colourful groups of people.
